01Payment Terms
- All consultations, styling sessions, packages, and services must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Payments can be made through approved payment methods shared by House of Shivani
- Bookings will only be confirmed after successful payment receipt
- Prices for services are subject to change at any time without prior notice
02Non-Refundable Services
- Consultation fees
- Styling fees
- Personal shopping assistance charges
- Booking / token amounts
- Customized fashion advisory services
03Cancellation Policy
By Client: Clients may request cancellation or rescheduling within the timeline communicated during booking. Last-minute cancellations or failure to attend scheduled sessions may result in full forfeiture of payment.
By House of Shivani: In rare circumstances where we are unable to provide the scheduled service, the session may be rescheduled, or a partial/full refund may be provided at our discretion.
04Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:
- Duplicate payment made by mistake
- Service could not be delivered due to our unavailability
- Incorrect amount charged by House of Shivani
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–14 business days.
05No Guarantee of Specific Results
Fashion styling and image consultancy are subjective services based on professional recommendations and personal preferences. House of Shivani does not guarantee specific social, professional, or personal outcomes, satisfaction with third-party products, or exact visual results.
06Third-Party Purchases
Any products, clothing, accessories, or items purchased from third-party brands based on our recommendations are subject to the respective seller's policies. House of Shivani is not responsible for product defects, delivery delays, size/fit issues, or return/exchange disputes.
07Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients agree not to initiate unfair chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving services. In cases of fraudulent disputes, House of Shivani reserves the right to suspend future services and pursue legal remedies where applicable.
